Farm Dog Certification requires that the dog pass the test twice under different evaluators, showing that the dog can behave calmly and obediently in common farm and ranch situations, such as walking through novel surfaces, approaching livestock, being tied out while animals are fed, and being examined by their handler. 
This working dog title does not involve any herding.
